40 hours.

2,400 minutes.

144,000 seconds.

That’s a lot of time to spend every week working somewhere you aren’t truly happy. That’s why, at Aviture, we make work a great place to be! The Aviture culture is encouraging, engaging, and inspiring. We have fun and work hard to develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Whether you’re looking to move on or move up from your current role, we urge you to consider joining the Aviture team. And, while there are many more to add to this list, here are the top 10 reasons we work at Aviture:

  1. We never get bored. Between government solutions, commercial consulting projects, and start-up development, the diversity of projects keeps us all engaged and learning new ways to apply technology. We work on the solutions that interest us, which drives meaningful innovation.

  2. We are encouraged to stay healthy. Not only are our health, dental, and vision benefits affordable, we are always welcome to get up and get moving on a day-to-day basis to stay energized at work and stay out of the doctor’s office.

  3. We host great speakers and events. We love to invite well-known industry leaders and community partners to share our space from time-to-time, including speakers like Uncle Bob Martin and local organizations like Girl’s Inc. With the recent addition of 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, we look forward to hosting even more groups and activities soon.

  4. We never go hungry. Free lunch Fridays, a fully-stocked snack pantry, 10 cent drinks, and free beer. What more could you ask for? You won’t hear us complaining… we think that is a pretty great perk of the job.

  5. We achieve work-life balance… no, really! With flexible schedules, the ability to work remotely, and a generous PTO policy, Aviture provides us with an environment to work hard and play hard. It’s not unusual to see families, friends, and community partners here for a quick office tour, product demo, or lunch - everyone is welcome!

  6. We have a national presence. We might not be big, but we are kind of a big deal. Our government and commercial clients cover the U.S. from coast-to-coast, from San Francisco to Washington, DC. Headquartered in Omaha, NE, Aviture has employees based out of Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, D.C., Nebraska, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas.

  7. We stay sharp. Paid conferences and training allow us to stay on the leading edge of software development. We have a reputation for setting the trends and leading technology innovation, so you will never find us sitting on the sidelines of development.

  8. We celebrate our success. Our hard work and commitment is rewarded with company outings and annual trips to Vail, Coronado Island, Cabo San Lucas, and more. And yes, we like each other so much, it really is a reward is to spend even more time together.

  9. We make a difference. Whether at work or in the community, we are encouraged to get involved with the organizations that mean the most to us to make an impact. We regularly volunteer time, donate resources, and host events to benefit local technology, business, and non-profit organizations.

  10. We work for (and with) the best. The Aviture leadership team is involved in every aspect of the business and is engaged in our work, yet trusts our abilities to get the job done. We truly enjoy our coworkers, and are fulfilled by working alongside our clients. It doesn’t get much better than that.
